Flying Bald Eagle

I just finished a flying bald eagle for my friend Kathleen. This bird of prey is the symbol of the United States since 1782.

I decided to paint a suggestive sky, made up of clouds that turn from purple to red-yellow, a fusion of unusual hues. A hard and fascinating challenge.

The painted rock is ready to fly to Kathleen in Wisconsin! What do you think about the result? I’m excited about it but I’d love to read your opinion too!
